2nd Annual Du-Bike Athlon

What’s a Du-Bike Athlon? Well, much like a Duathlon, it incorporates TWO disciplines and THREE legs. The event begins with a short Le Mans start, followed by an 8 mi. MTB leg, a 15.5 mi. Road leg and finishing with a 4 mi. MTB leg.

This event is pure cycling. Whether you’re a roadie or a mountain biker or both, this race satisfies both appetites. Get a buddy and participate as a team or hog all the fun and do it all on your own! The mountain bike legs will wind through the dirt trails of Riverside State Park and the road leg runs along the beautiful Spokane River.

WHERE:

Riverside State Park, Spokane WA – Park at 7 Mile Airstrip, then follow signs to START/FINISH Area. From I-90 heading east: Take the Maple St exit and go north on Walnut for 4.5 miles. At the major intersection of Francis, go left. Continue for 2 miles and Francis becomes Hwy 291. Continue on 291 approximately 3 miles. Turn left on 7 Mile Rd. Go across the 7 mile bridge and take the first left. Look for signs to the start and camping area.
