Frequently Asked Questions about the 24 Hours Round the Clock Race

*Are solos required to have a volunteer?

- No, but you must have a support person with you.

*Are dogs allowed?

- Yes, but absolutely must be on a leash at all times… and have adequate water, not left in cars, and yes, you must scoop the poop.

*When is the kid's race?

- Sunday at 10 am…register onsite at the David's Pizza truck at 9am. This race is for kids ages 11 and under and they can be on trikes, bikes, race on foot…whatever they wish. All kids are winners.

*Can we camp onsite on Thursday night prior to the race or Sunday night after the race?

- Yes… Thursday you may camp just inside the gate, but not inside the barrier tape and not in the site that you will select on Friday morning. This is just a temporary camping arrangement for those coming in early.
Yes, you may stay Sunday night.

*What time is campsite selection?

- You may (if you wish) line up outside the gates prior to 8am, but no campsite selections will be allowed inside the barrier tape until 8am. A camp host will then escort you to your site. You will be issued a number if you show up early. This is different than in past years.

*Can we bring a generator?

- Yes, but you will be placed in the generator camping area. Generators are not allowed anywhere else.

*Can we have fires?

- You may have above-ground, covered pits, but no on-the-ground open fires. Tiki torches are allowed.

*What hotels are close by?

- The Quality Inn Oakwood Hotel at 7919 N Division, 509-467-4900 or Apple Tree Inn at 9508 N Division, 800-323-5796.

*Can we buy extra banquet tickets for family or friends?

- Yes, they can be purchased in advance through the team registration form, or onsite in the food line on Sunday for $7 each.

*Can someone else pick up my registration if I can't make it on time?

- Yes, as long as a waiver is signed on your behalf and the $5 insurance fee is paid onsite.

*Can someone besides the actual volunteer sign the paperwork for the volunteer shift assignment?

- Yes, anyone may sign up for the volunteer as long as the volunteer is made aware of where and when he/she is to show up for their shift.
