Silver Mountain WIM Series
Finals & WA State Championships (XC)
June 25, 2005
Those that attend the WIM Series Championships in 2005 are in for a treat! Silver Mountain in Kellogg Idaho will host the finals June 25-26. This is a unique ski area that started a master plan for mountain biking last summer and all involved are very excited to bring mountain bike racing to this new and improved venue!

Silver Mountain is a unique venue in that it is an “inverted” ski area. Once you arrive in Kellogg Idaho, you will board the “World’s Longest Gondola” for a spectacular 20 minute ride to the top of the mountain, and the race venue. The option to drive to the top will also be available. XC racers will ride a challenging course, all up toward the top of the mountain. DH racers will be treated to one of the longest downhill race courses in the Pacific Northwest. Estimates have DH finish times at 12 minutes and longer!

Silver Mountain is looking to become the premier mountain biking spot in the Pacific Northwest and Round and Round Productions is proud to be partner in making that a reality.
