8100 Missoula Street
Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026
From I-90 heading east: Take the Maple Street exit and go north on Walnut for 4.5 miles. At the major intersection of Francis, go left. Continue for 2 miles and Francis becomes Hwy 291. Continue on 291 approximately 3 miles. Turn left on 7 Mile Road. Go across the 7 mile bridge and take the first left. Look for signs to the start and camping area.
NOTE: If you are using GPS, Missoula Street does not have a street sign. There is a dirt road into the venue.
The State Parks are charging $30 for an annual pass for entry into all WA State Parks, or a $10 per day fee. Since we are using state park property for the 24 hour race, you will be required to have a Discovery Pass in your vehicle(s). This applies to everyone, so tell any friends and relatives who may be coming with you that they will be required to have one as well. You may purchase them online at discoverpass.wa.gov. We encourage you to buy them in advance to avoid causing more waiting lines at the gate when you arrive. Rangers will be actively checking vehicles for passes throughout the weekend.
Because we have limited the event to 900 participants, which is due to parking and access issues, we are asking that you bring only the vehicle that you need for the event. Only one car will be allowed in your campsite, and we will ask that any others be left at home or parked in our limited parking lot area.
As you arrive we will direct you to your camping area. Our onsite camping hosts will give you your maximum campsite size according to your vehicle size and number of teams camping together. Should you arrive on Thursday night, May 25th, you may temporarily park your rigs overnight in the designated parking area outside the campground and then move to your position on Friday morning. Our camp hosts will be onsite Thursday to issue you a number for your position in line on Friday morning. These numbers will not be handed out until 3PM on Thursday - please do not ask for one prior to that time.
Camping is on a first come, first served basis.
Site selection opens at 6AM on Friday, May 26th. You may line up prior to that in the parking lot (we will issue numbers for early birds on Thursday starting at 3PM), but there will be no site selection inside the gates until 6AM on Friday, when camp hosts will escort you to your selected site and measure off your designated area. Please do not call to reserve a site....you may only reserve a site by being present.
Camping areas are set up as follows:
1. Solo /quiet camping - located adjacent to the course and only for solos.
2. RV/Generator camping - not adjacent to course, but close.
3. Tent camping - some on the course, others not. No generators in any areas but the RV/Generator camping spots.
If you have a group of teams that would like to camp together, no problem, just make sure that a representative from one of the teams is onsite to select your spot.
